1. This is an 18+ platform
Boo is a marketplace for private live video/audio sessions and paid content between adult creators and adult customers. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you confirm your age both when you first enter the site and again when you register.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself. A few specifics on how accounts work here:
- One account per email address and per phone number — we check both at signup so you don't end up with duplicates.
- Your password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash. Nobody at Boo, including support, can ever look it up or recover it for you.
- We don't currently send account recovery through email or SMS. Instead, you get a one-time recovery code at signup — save it. If you lose both your password and that code, an admin can manually help you back in after verifying it's really you; see our Privacy Policy for how that request is handled.
3. Creator accounts
If you register as a creator, you additionally agree to:
- Complete an identity check (a selfie matched against your profile photo) before your profile can go live.
- Pay the one-time application fee disclosed during onboarding, before your profile is published.
- Only publish content and offer sessions that comply with applicable law and this platform's content policy — no content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or anything illegal in the jurisdictions Boo operates in, ever, under any circumstance.
- Accurately represent yourself — your identity, your age, and what you're offering.
The identity check described above is a basic anti-impersonation measure, not a substitute for formal legal age/identity verification. A more rigorous verification process is planned before this platform processes real payments at scale.
4. Bookings & payments
- Every booking, payment, refund, and creator payout is recorded as an entry in an internal ledger — balances never change silently.
- Payments are currently accepted in supported cryptocurrencies only. You submit proof of payment (a transaction hash); it's then either verified automatically against the public blockchain or reviewed manually — either way, nothing is charged or confirmed without a real, matching payment.
- A confirmed booking is a commitment from both sides. No-shows and cancellations are handled per the policy shown at checkout for that booking.
- Creator earnings accrue after a completed, confirmed booking and can be requested as a payout, subject to review.
5. Conduct
Not allowed, for anyone, ever:
- Content or behavior involving minors, in any form.
- Harassment, threats, non-consensual sharing of someone else's content or personal information.
- Attempting to circumvent payment, verification, or moderation systems.
- Impersonating another person or platform staff.
Reports are reviewed by our team; violations can result in content removal, suspension, or account termination, at our discretion.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the platform changes; material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or applicable law.
